Enacted in January of 2022, amidst record high Inflation Rates, the initiative was created to Help Homeowners combat rising energy prices and eliminate our countries reliance on foreign energy sources and foreign manufacturing.
In the past, homeowners were forced to pay inflating energy rates charged by utility companies because there were no other available options. Due to American Innovation, Federal and State Subsidies, we now have another option, renewable energy. This initiative gives homeowners a choice to control their current energy rates, determine their future energy costs and to help create American Jobs.

The purpose of the program is to expand existing low-income and low credit score solar programs as well as develop and implement new Solar for All programs nationwide.
Solar for All programs ensure low-income and credit challenged households have access to residential rooftop and residential community solar power, often by providing financial support and incentives to communities that were previously locked out of investments.
In addition, these programs guarantee these type of households receive the benefits of distributed solar, including household savings, community ownership, energy resiliency, and other benefits.
This program inevitably eliminates the obstacles of minimum credit scores and income requirements to make renewable energy accessible to all homeowners in an effort to Help those who need to Save Money the Most.
